DESCRIPTION
This HRDC Claimable AI Productivity Course Malaysia is a practical two-day, hands-on training programme designed to help professionals use today’s leading AI tools to improve their everyday productivity. Participants will learn how to use ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Claude, Canva AI, and Google Flow for writing, documentation, ideation, research, presentations, and creative content.
The AI for Everyday Productivity course focuses on practical workplace applications of AI. Participants will learn effective prompting techniques, use AI for documentation and brainstorming, conduct research with citations, analyse their own documents, explore AI agents, create presentations, and produce short AI-generated videos.
The course is designed for beginners to intermediate users across different departments who want to work smarter and make better use of AI in their daily work. Through demonstrations, guided hands-on exercises, practical challenges, and a final project, participants will learn how to combine multiple AI tools to create useful workplace deliverables.
